April Cover of the Month

 


Post card sent from Constantinople on September 9, 1919 to Pelou, Czechoslovakia. It was written by a member of the Czech Siberian Legion and carried to Czechoslovakia by courier. The large red cancel is from the Czechoslovak Military Mission in Constantinople. In the text of the post card the writer mentions that he is on a short official trip to Constantinople. He arrived on a British warship and will be returning to Russia within the week.
