Sept Cover of the Month


A rare used Boy Scout postal card addressed on November 11, 1918 to the Radio Telegraph Office in Prague. The message requests that all telegrams (for the National Council) being held be given to the bearer. The card is signed by Rössler-Orovsky, the president of the Boy Scouts.
