November cover of the month

Double rate commercial cover sent to San Paulo, Brazil from Tachov, Czechoslovakia on July 7, 1938. It transited Praha the same day. In Paris the cover was repaired and a notation was added that the cover was damaged by a "postal machine." The letter was despatched in the evening of July 9 and reached San Paulo on July 13.
