Thursday, April 24
Board of Directors Meeting: 1300 - 1900, specific room number TBD.

Saturday, April 26

Annual Membership Meeting: 1000 - ? , specific room number TBD.
Presentation by Jerry Verner : ~ 1030 -1130, same room as Membership Meeting.

(We actually have the room for two continuous hours so there is adequate time for you to set up for your presentation and answer any questions).

Show Hours
25 April, Friday, 1000 - 1830
26 April, Saturday, 1000 - 1800
27 April, Sunday, 100 -1600

Our Society table is also confirmed. It will be in the Lobby area near the Admissions Desk for the show.

Still arranging places for our Board dinner, Awards breakfast, and alternate hotels.
