The award winning official
journal of the Society, The Czechoslovak Specialist, is
in its 59th year of continuous publication - somewhat of a record
for philatelic publications. It is designed to meet the needs of
all collectors of philatelic material connected with Czechoslovak
philately -- be they beginning collectors or advance students of
philately exhibiting at the international level.
Published bi-monthly, the journal
draws on a wide range of authors writing in several languages.
While the editor prefers original articles, translations of the
best articles covering our members' interests are translated to
make them available in English. An up-to-date cross-index of this
publication has been prepared to assist collectors with their philatelic
research. Taken together, the past issues of The Czechoslovak
Specialist form a virtual encyclopdia on Czechoslovak philately.
Many past volumes are available to members for a modest fee. An Index of The Specialist can
be found in PDF form at: http://knihtisk.org/knihtisk/scp/lsi.pdf
